Dr. Geiselhart is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the medical and mental health field. She is passionate about helping people learn how their brain works and what changes they can make to find empowerment and control over their lives. She worked extensively with individuals who experience complex trauma as well as grief and end of life care. When not working directly with clients, she teaches at a variety of universities to help mentor the next generation of social workers.
Dr. Geiselhart graduated from University of Southern California with her Doctorate in Social Work where she focused on developing a treatment care protocol for fathers who were experiencing perinatal mental illness such as post-partum depression. She has extensive experience as a clinical director helping to build behavioral health service programs for populations which have limited access to services such as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
