Says the other person is inside the office and cannot see me. says to me I will call me that night and then says to me via a text message that I will call in the morning. Calls me at 11:am. We have our session where she keeps adding restrictions on me and says "it's nothing personal". Speaks very low that I cannot hear.Tells me she sees 50 people weekly and cannot talk on the phone.

My journey to find the right therapist was successful, and I happily recommended Thriveworks to friends and family. However, my positive experience took a turn when I discovered that the therapist I connected with does not accept my insurance.
Embarking on the path to seek help required a lot of courage on my part, and I fully committed to the process. In just 4 or 5 sessions, I developed a strong connection with my therapist. Unfortunately, the realization that she could no longer continue due to insurance constraints has left me feeling disappointed. Now, I find myself having to start the therapeutic journey all over again, and this has diminished my overall satisfaction with the service.
