Whitney McSparran is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with young adults, adults, women, and LGBTQIA+ folks coping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, educational challenges, occupational problems, gender and sexuality-related issues, and the stress of everyday life. In previous years, Whitney has focused primarily on dual diagnosis work as a therapist and a clinical care manager managing residential rehabs.
Whitney uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing techniques but is a person-centered therapist at her core. Whitney believes that each person is an expert on their own life and is dedicated to empowering each individual to shape their own path in therapy.
