- Telephone Counseling: You will choose a time and date that works best for your schedule. At the agreed-upon time, your therapist will give you a call. All you need to do is answer.
- Video Chat Counseling: Similar to telephone counseling, you will choose an appointment time to meet with your counselor. Instead of receiving a phone call, you will be sent a link prior to your appointment. When it’s time, all you have to do is click on the link and you’ll be taken to the video chat room with your therapist.
Both options are easy, effective, and reliable. They offer added benefits that you don’t normally get with traditional in-person therapy such as convenience, comfort, ease, and reliability. Some of our clients feel like they can open up even more through online counseling than they would have in-person because they do not have the added pressure of sitting in the room with someone. Also, there’s no need to worry about losing the quality of care by selecting this option: Studies show that online counseling is just as effective as in-person therapy.
