×As a middle-aged veteran who has experienced divorce and single parenthood to children experiencing mental illness, I have experienced a wide array of life challenges that allow me to understand how to cope with and overcome difficulties to live a more fulfilling and functional life.
As a creative individual, I know seeing things differently can be a challenge or a strength.
I'm open to any and all facets of identity that you bring to therapy; I want to help the whole person.
“All that makes you fragile and fierce and clever and powerful and wounded and creative and layered and thoughtful and moody and insightful and wild and damaged, can be described in one single word: lovely.” – Beau Taplin
I'm here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences together.

As a 30-something female parent, I understand the stressors and challenges facing young adults in American society and culture.
I am the youngest of four siblings, born into a family of Mexican immigrants. From a young age, I was exposed to the world of living in underserved communities and spent most of my summers traveling to northern states where my family would work for farmers. These childhood and adolescent experiences and the challenges and realities that came with them helped shape the person I am today. These formative experiences have shaped my perspective and instilled in me a deep empathy and understanding for individuals from different backgrounds and upbringings. As a therapist, I bring this personal narrative into my practice, creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their own experiences and find healing. My aim is to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive support to help individuals navigate their unique journeys towards mental well-being.
