Paige Whitley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 3 years of experience with many different populations and concerns that people manage, including neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), trauma (sexual assault and domestic violence), substance abuse, and anxiety/depression. Paige's goal as a therapist is goal is to work with her clients toward being more mindful of where they currently are and where they want their mental health to be in the future. In 2020 she relocated to Florida and began working in private practice settings where she has helped clients manage anxiety, depression, and other common mental health symptoms.

Paige received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Paige utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
