Chris completed his Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Prior to graduate school, he put his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics to work in financial services. Chris utilizes several treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, existential, and Rogerian (person-centered) in addition to others. Chris has knowledge and exposure to multiple fields of study and their work-related outcomes, which allows him to understand the difficulties of various industries as well as career transitions after graduation. He enjoys meditating in his spare time and has used that experience to help clients struggling with depression and anxiety.

As a counselor working under direction and supervision, Chris enjoys working with people to help them feel heard and valued. Andrew Haynes is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 6 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults struggling with a variety of challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, anger, stress, and behavioral issues. After serving 6 years in the United States Navy as an electronics technician, Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, then decided to pursue his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia.

Andrew immerses himself in sessions with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy (PCT) approaches. Having a person-centered ambiance allows for empathy and authenticity to flow through the session. When the client’s story emerges, then CBT becomes a valuable tool in helping the client rebuild a helpful belief paradigm.

Donna Young is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 20 years of experience assisting adolescents, teens, young adults, and families with managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjusting to life’s ups and downs. 

Donna obtained her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She takes an eclectic approach that meets the client where they are and encompasses cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy. She focuses on assisting the client with gaining insight and awareness that will facilitate growth and understanding to meet the needs of the client.

Donna works toward establishing a therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, honesty, and unconditional positive regard. She will create an environment where the client will feel safe and comfortable being open and exploring ways to develop skills.
