About
Having experienced profound loss myself, I understand how isolating grief can be, and I'm here to offer you the compassion, connection, and hope that helped me in my own mental health journey.
My name is Natalie and I graduated with my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University in 2025, with a certificate in telehealth counseling. I have experience working with clients from ages five to 85, supporting them through grief, loss, life transitions, and mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. I also have experience with cancer support, helping clients and caregivers navigate a diagnosis, manage the caregiving journey, and cope with loss. I guide clients in building resilience, finding balance, and fostering hope.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strengths-based interventions. I also incorporate art therapy to help clients express emotions and process difficult experiences.
My passion for grief counseling is rooted in my own experiences with loss, deepening my understanding of its impact. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. You do not have to face this alone—your healing journey can begin today.

I am a Vietnamese Asian American with diverse experiences and humility.
My name is Eric Thanh Brodsky, and I have a background in social work. I earned my bachelor's in social work in 2024 and my master's in social work in 2025 from Temple University. Working with young adults and adults is my specialty. Everyone within this demographic has brought unique challenges to the table, like depression, anxiety, sexuality, relationships, and more. For these challenges, I help people create and set goals that are meaningful and achievable to them.
My therapeutic approach is an adaptive one. Constant feedback and active listening are key to providing the best services. A person-focused approach backed by research is key, while tailoring each strategy to fit every person's specific needs. Self-determination is another core value. Seeing where someone is at and working with the right stage of change in mind is key to getting off on the right foot.
I look forward to meeting new people with varying life experiences. Everyone has something unique to bring to the table, and it's my job to listen, advise, and activate. You will be heard.

In Bethlehem, your cost depends on whether you use insurance or pay out of pocket. With insurance, most patients pay a copay between $0 and $55 per session. If you’re self-pay, rates vary by state—typically $200 to $240 for your first therapy session and $160 to $195 for follow-ups, or $300 to $375 for an initial psychiatry session and $210 to $300 for follow-ups. Contact our Bethlehem office or visit our pricing page to learn more.
Yes, Thriveworks Bethlehem accepts insurance to help cover services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and psychiatry. Couples and family therapy aren’t always covered the same way, since some plans only cover sessions considered medically necessary.
We’ll verify your insurance and estimate your out-of-pocket cost for you before your first session, but it’s still worth confirming your specific benefits with your insurer, especially if your plan requires pre-authorization (advance approval from your insurer before certain treatments are covered).
Fit matters more than almost anything else in therapy. Research consistently shows the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the strongest predictors of whether treatment actually works, no matter their approach. Start by thinking about what you want help with, then browse provider profiles in Bethlehem and filter by specialty, insurance, and availability to find someone who feels right for you. If your first session doesn’t click, no problem. You can switch providers anytime, no fees, no hassle.
All three support mental health in different ways. A therapist provides talk therapy to help you work through challenges; a psychologist also provides therapy, but their doctoral training lets them do psychological testing and formal evaluations; a psychiatrist is a medical provider who can prescribe medication.
Thriveworks Bethlehem offers therapy and psychiatry together, so you can get the right type of care—or a combination—in one place. For more detail, see our straightforward guide to mental health care professionals.
Most patients at Thriveworks Bethlehem see a provider within six days. We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Book online or call our Bethlehem office to find the soonest session with a therapist or psychiatric provider.
Yes. Psychiatric providers at Thriveworks Bethlehem can prescribe and manage medication, and many patients pair that with talk therapy from a separate provider. Our team coordinates the two together.
Your first session is mostly about getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask what brought you in, talk through your history and goals, and start shaping a plan for care. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—the first session is a conversation, not a test. Want more detail? Here’s exactly what to expect, step by step.
Yes. Thriveworks Bethlehem offers both in-person sessions at our local office and online (telehealth) sessions, so you can choose what’s most convenient and switch between the two as your needs change.
